Gardai in Waterford investigating a burglary at Mount Sion Avenue on the 16th of September 2009 are seeking the publics assistance. During the burglary an 82 year old man was injured.
The investigation team wish to speak to any person who had contact with, saw or spoke with the victim, Mr. Paddy Barry, in the week prior to Wednesday, the 16th of September 2009.
In addition, Gardai are particularly keen to speak to two girls, aged approximately 16 years, who were playing in the Mount Sion area at around 9pm on Wednesday, the 16th of September 2009.
