Gardai in Mountjoy investigating a robbery of a sum of money from a financial institution in Phibsboro on the morning of the 22nd September 2009 have arrested a second male in his 20’s. He was arrested this morning, the 29th October 2009 in west Dublin.
He is currently being detained at Mountjoy Garda Station under the provisions of Section 30 Offences Against The State Act 1939 as amended.

A 29 year old man will appear at Dublin District Court 44 at 10.30am this morning, the 28/9/09 charged in connection with this incident.

Gardai investigating a robbery of a sum of money from a financial institution in Phibsboro this morning, 22nd Sept 2009 have arrested a male. The suspect who is in his early 20’s was arrested in the Cabra West area by Detectives from Mountjoy Garda Station. During the course of the arrest a sum of money was recovered. The suspect is currently being detained at Mountjoy Garda Station under Section 50 Criminal Justice Act 2007.
Gardai are appealing for witnesses who may have been in the Phibsboro area from 09.00hrs onwards this morning and may have seen something suspicious or unusual to contact them at Mountjoy on 01 6668600 or the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111
