Improvised explosive device at Roscommon on the 18/10/09 - Arrest

The man is currently detained in Roscommon Garda Station.

 

Gardaí in Roscommon investigating an improvised explosive device which caused damage to a business premise at Castle Street, Roscommon on 18th October 2009, have arrested a male in his 30's. The male was arrested at approx 6pm on the 20th Oct 2009 in the Kildare region.

 

The man (early 30s) is currently detained under Section 30 of the Offences Against State Act  as amended in Roscommon Garda Station. 

 

Investigations are on going.
