Fatal road traffic collision at Ballysimon, Limerick on the 4/10/09 - Update

A third person has been arrested.

 

As part of the ongoing Garda investigation into the fatal traffic collision at Ahabeg, Ballysimon, Co. Limerick, on the 4th of October 2009, a third person has been arrested. 

 

The 38 year old man was arrested this morning the 5th of October and is detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 2009 at Henry Street Garda Station.
