A man will appear before Dublin District Court 46 this morning, the 23rd October 2009.
A man was charged (36yrs) and will appear before Dublin District Court 46 this morning, the 23rd October at 10.30hrs. He was arrested on the 21st October 2009 in connection with the discovery of 3 handguns and over 1000 tablets believed to Ectasy (subject to analysis) at Dolphin's Barn.

Gardai from the Garda National Drug Unit and Organised Crime Unit supported by the local Kevin Street Drug Unit carried out a search of a premises at Dolphins Barn, Dublin 8 today the 21st October 2009. During the course of the search 3 handguns and over 1000 tablets believed to be Ecstasy (street value in the region €5000) were recovered.
Also found during the course of the search was a large quantity of what is believed to be mixing agent and an assortment of paraphernalia associated with drug production.
One male (36 yrs) was arrested and is currently been detained at Kevin Street Garda Station under the provisions of Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.
Investigation and searches are on-going.
