As part of an intelligence led operation Gardai from the Garda National Drug Unit Gardai have seized Drugs with an estimated street value of €750,000 at Swords this afternoon, the 17/10/09.
Gardai intercepted 2 vehicles, a car and truck containing 49 kilos of what is believed to be cannabis pollen and 9 kilos of cannabis herb (subject to analysis) with an estimated street value of €750,000 at the Airside Business Park, Swords at 12.30pm today, the 17/10/09.
Two males, 44 and 41 years old, were arrested at the scene and are currently detained at Swords and Malahide Garda stations respectively under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act 1996.
