Fatal road traffic collision at Ballyshannon, Donegal on the 24/11/09

Diversions are in place as the N15 is closed at the scene to facilitate a forensic collision investigation.

Gardaí at Ballyshannon are investigating a fatal road traffic collision involving 2 cars that occurred shortly before 5.30pm this evening on the N15 at Cavangarden, Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal.

The driver of one of the cars was killed, a man in his 50's, and his body was removed to Sligo General Hospital.

Diversions are in place as the N15 is closed at the scene to facilitate a forensic collision investigation.
