Gardaí searched a house in Palmerstown Woods, Dublin 10.
As the result of an ongoing operation targeting the sale and supply of drugs in the Ballyfermot area Gardaí searched a house in Palmerstown Woods, Dublin 10, earlier this afternoon, the 14/11/09.
The search was carried out by detectives from the Ballyfermot Drugs Unit who were assisted by local Gardaí. Cocaine with a street value of approximately €450,000, subject to analysis, was seized as were a small number of cannabis plants.
A 27 year old man was arrested at the scene and a 22 year old woman was arrested a short time later as part of the investigation.
Both are detained at Ballyfermot Garda Station under section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act.
