Serious shooting that occurred in Richmond Hill, Bray, Co. Wicklow.

Gardaí at Bray are investigating a serious shooting that occurred in the early hours of this morning in Richmond Hill, Bray, Co. Wicklow.
Shortly after 1am shots were fired through the second floor window of an apartment complex there from an external stairway. There were 2 male culprits involved.
One man wore a blue baseball cap, had his face covered, a black jacket, light grey tracksuit bottoms, white runners and average build. The other man wore a black top, possibly a hoody, black tracksuit bottoms, black shoes and was of average build and height.
The firearm used was a shotgun.
A 32 year old man was found seriously injured inside the apartment. He was removed by ambulance to Loughlinstown Hospital and at present is in Beaumont Hospital where his condition is described as being critical.
The scene is preserved at present and the services of the Garda Technical Bureau have been requested.
No arrests have been made to date.
