A man was arrested on the 7/5/09 as part of the ongoing investigation into the discovery of the body of Peter Gunn.
A 31 year old man was arrested this morning (7th May 2009) as part of the ongoing investigation into the discovery of the body of Peter Gunn on 15th January 2009.
He was arrested in the north Dublin area and is currently detained at Finglas Garda Station under Section 4 Criminal Justice Act.
The man who was detained yesterday (6/5/09) was released last night without charge, a file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions. (See Press Release below).

A male in his late 20s has this morning (6th May 2009) been arrested as part of the ongoing investigation into the discovery of the body of Peter Gunn on 15th January 2009. He was arrested in the north Dublin area, and is the third person to have been arrested as part of this investigation.
He is being detained in Finglas Garda station under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act.
The other two people, who were arrested on the 28th of April, have been released and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
