A second man has been arrested by Gardaí.
A second man has been arrested by Gardaí investigating the fatal shooting of Stephen O'Halloran.
He is 18 years of age and is presently detained at Tallaght Garda Station under Section 30 of The Offences Against The State Act.
The first man is still in custody.

Gardai investigating the fatal shooting of Stephen O Halloran at Kilmartin Drive, Tallaght, Dublin 24, on the 19th of January 2009 have carried out searches and arrested one man.
Gardai from Tallaght, assisted by Gardai from the Garda National Bureau of Criminal Investigation, carried out searches at three houses in the Tallaght area this morning the 4th of March.
A 20 year old man was arrested during the operation, and is detained under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act at Tallaght Garda Station.
