Gardai at Roxboro Road in Limerick carried out a search of a house in Elm Place, Rathbane in Limerick.
As part of a planned operation Gardai at Roxboro Road in Limerick carried out a search of a house in Elm Place, Rathbane in Limerick on the 23rd March 2009 at approximately 7.00pm.
In the course of the search Gardai recovered what is believed to be amphetamine with an estimated street value of €113,000 and heroin with an estimated street value of €130,000, pending analysis.
A male in his late teens was arrested at the scene and is currently being detained at Roxboro Road Garda Station under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act.
