Gardai investigating the murder of John Carroll on the 18th of February 2009 have released without charge the 27 year old male that was detained. He was released late last night, the 9/6/09.

Gardai investigating the murder of John Carroll on the 18th February 2009 have this morning (9/6/09) arrested a 27 year old man.
He was arrested in the Dublin 8 area and is currently detained at Kevin Street Garda Station under Section 30 of The Offences Against The State Act.
