A man was fatally injured when the car he was driving was involved in a collision with 2 other vehicles.
Gardai in Macroom are investigating the circumstances of a fatal road traffic collision which occurred on the N22 at Slivereagh, Ballyvourney, at approximately 9.20am, on 25/7/09. A man aged in his 20’s was fatally injured when the car he was driving was involved in a collision with 2 other vehicles. A second man was taken by Ambulance to Cork University Hospital, his injuries are not serious.
Traffic collision investigators have been notified and the road remains closed. Traffic diversions are in place.
