Yesterday morning a 25 year old man was charged in Swords District Court in relation to the murder of Valeri Ranert which occurred on the 30th April 2007.
Yesterday morning a 25 year old man was charged in Swords District Court in relation to the murder of Valeri Ranert which occurred on the 30th April 2007.
Valeri Ranert (a male)was attacked by a number of men as he sat in a parked car with a female companion at Naul Road, Forret Little, Swords, Co. Dublin. He was removed to Beaumont Hospital at the time and was pronounced dead a short time later.
His car was taken and used by his attackers in their getaway.
A total of 4 arrests were made in relation to this incident and the man charged yesterday is the second man to be charged in relation to Valeri Ranerts death.
