Gardai in Malahide are investigating an armed robbery that occured at 2.20am this morning, the 25th January, 2009 on St. Margaret's Avenue, Malahide.
Two members of staff of a licensed premises in Malahide were held at gunpoint in their car as they were on their way to make a bank lodgement.
A lone male took a sum of money, and forced the males out of the car, which he then drove away in.
The car was later located at 3.30a.m. off the back road in Malahide, and the investigation is continuing.
