A man in his 30s who was arrested under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act on the 15th February 2009 is expected to appear before Dublin District Court this morning, Tuesday 17th February 2009.
He was arrested in connection with a shooting incident which occurred at a public house on Ellis Quay, Dublin 7 at 12.30 on the morning of the 15th February 2009, in which a man received gun shot wounds to his leg. His injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
