Second arrest in Cork death on the 15/2/09.

Gardai investigating the death of Edward Gallagher of Hollyhill in the Friars Walk area of Cork have arrested a second man.

Gardai investigating the death of Edward Gallagher of Hollyhill in the Friars Walk area of Cork City in the early hours of the 15th February 2009 have arrested a second man in connection with the death.

He was arrested at his home on the north side of Cork City onthe 20th of February 2009 and is detained at the Bridewell Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984. He may be detained for up to 24 hours.
