Fatal fire in Bray, Wicklow in September 2007 - Arrest.

A man has been arrested under Section 13 of the Non Fatal Offence Against The Persons Act.

 

Garda at Bray, investigating a fatal fire at Bray in September 2007, have this morning arrested a man in his 50's under Section 13 of the Non Fatal Offence Against The Persons Act (endangerment).

He is detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act at Bray Garda Station.
