Clonmel flooding - updates on the 2/2/09

In relation to the flooding in Clonmel town, most routes are now open.

 

Regarding previous press releases in relation to flooding in Clonmel town, most routes are now open.

Convent Bridge and the Quay area of the town remain closed and diversions are in place.

Motorists are also advised that a number of minor collisions have taken place on the Clonmel to Kilkenny Road near Ormond Stores. Motorists are asked to be aware of the presence of black ice on the route.
