Gardai in Galway have arrested a third man in relation to an armed incident at a house in Turloughmore in Galway on Sunday night (Previous release 178/09 below refers).
The 42 year old man was arrested on his release from University College Hospital Galway shortly after 3pm today - 18th February 2009.
He is being detained at Mill Street Garda Station under the provisions of Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act.

The 2 men arrested in relation to the armed incident at a house in Turloughmore in Galway on Sunday night last have been charged and will appear before Galway District Court tomorrow morning at 10.30am.
They are 46 and 22 years of age.
