Gardai at Thomastown Garda Station, Kilkenny, are trying to trace the whereabouts of 18 year old James Foran of Alywardstown, Glenmore, Co. Kilkenny.
James was last seen on the 24th of December 2009 at 12.30 p.m. He was driving a red Peugeot Partner van, registered number 01 WW 7149 and was last seen driving towards New Ross in Co. Wexford.
He is described as 6''2'', thin build,with short brown hair. When last seen he was wearing a black hooded top, black tracksuit bottoms, and a blue coat with a "Parkwest" logo.
