A car and a motorcyclist were in collision.

Gardai at Balbriggan, Dublin are investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred at Balrothery, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin (R132) at approximately 8am this morning, the 16/12/09.
A car and a motorcyclist were in collision.The male motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. His body has been removed to Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown.
The driver of the car was uninjured.
The road remains closed pending a forensic collision examination and diversions are in place.
