Fatal road traffic collision at the junction of Newlands Cross and the Naas Road, Dublin on the 30/12/09

Gardai at Clondalkin, Dublin 22 are investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred at the junction of Newlands Cross and the Naas Road at approximately 11.30am today, the 30/12/09.

A car and a lorry were in collision.  The 21 year old male driver (only occupant) of the car was fatally injured, his body has been removed to Tallaght Hospital where a Post Mortem examination will be carried out.

 

No other person was injured.  Diversions are in place pending a full examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators.
