A number of shots were fired at the door and windows of a house in Lealand Avenue. Nobody was injured in the incident.
Two men are in custody and a firearm and ammunition have been recovered following a shooting incident at Lealand Avenue at about 2.00 a.m. on the 8th of August 2009.
A number of shots were fired at the door and windows of a house in Lealand Avenue at about 2.00 a.m. Nobody was injured in the incident. Gardai who were on patrol in the area intercepted two men in their 20s. The men were arrested and a shotgun and ammunition were recovered.
The men are detained under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act at Clondalkin Garda Station. The can be held for up to 72 hours.
