The deceased was 4’ 10”, medium build, short brown hair (not quite shoulder length) aged late 30's to early 40's approximately.
Gardai investigating the discovery of a woman’s body in the Phoenix Park, Dublin yesterday (5/8/09) have released details of the post mortem carried out today (6/8/09).
She died as a result of Internal trauma caused by multiple stab wounds to the upper body.
The deceased was 4’ 10”, medium build, short brown hair (not quite shoulder length) aged late 30's to early 40's approximately. She was wearing a green/grey fleece zip-up jacket, a rugby type top with red and blue stripes and three quarter length pink leggings. Her toe nails were painted with gold nail varnish.
She also wore a gold chain necklace (Saint Anthony type) tied with a piece of string, a silver cross and chain necklace and gold hoop type earrings described as “Creole Type”.
A white scarf and black zip-up jacket were found nearby as was a black ladies bicycle.
Investigating officers are appealing to two people who initially found the body to contact them.
