The first man who was arrested in relation to this incident was released without charge in the early hours of this morning, the 14/8/09.
The second man arrested remains in custody at Swinford Garda Station.

Gardai investigating the fatal stabbing which occurred in Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo on Wednesday 12th August 2009 have arrested a second man in connection with this investigation.
The 23 year old man was arrested this morning (13/8/09) in Co. Mayo and is currently detained at Swinford Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
There are now two men in custody in relation to this investigation.
Gardai are again appealing to members of the public who may have information in relation to this incident or who may have been in the area between 12 midnight and 1am on 12th August 2009 to contact Swinford Garda Station 094 9252990, the Garda Confidential Line 1-800-666-111 or any Garda Station.
