During the course of the search 2.5 kilo's of cocaine, 1 kilo of heroin and 14 ounces of crack cocaine were seized.
As the result of an ongoing operation targeting the sale and supply of drugs in the Ballyfermot area Gardaí from the Ballyfermot Drugs Unit this evening, the 13/8/09 searched a house on Cleggan Park, Ballyfermot, Dublin 12.
During the course of this search 2.5 kilo's of cocaine, 1 kilo of heroin and 14 ounces of crack cocaine were seized.
These drugs have a potential street value of €460,000, depending on an analysis of the substances seized.
Miscellaneous drug distribution paraphernalia was also seized (weighing scales etc).
A 22 year old man was arrested at scene and is presently detained at Ballyfermot Garda Station under Section 2 of The Drug Trafficking Act.
