Drug find in Navan, Meath on the 15/8/09

The find was made in an open area in Navan on Saturday.

 

Following an operation carried out by Navan Gardai, cannabis resin (subject to analysis) with an approximate street value of €400,000 has been recovered.

 

The find was made in an open area in Navan at 5.30pm today (Saturday 15th August 2009).

 

The cannabis has been removed to the Garda Technical Bureau for examination and investigations are on-going.

 

No arrests have been made at this time.
