There has been a 2 car collision on the R152, which is the main Drogheda to Ashbourne road, approximately 3kms south of Dundalk, Louth.
The 2 car collision on the R152 near Duleek has been cleared and the road has been re-opened. 2 people were taken to hospital with injuries which are not believed to be life threatening.

There has been a 2 car collision on the R152, which is the main Drogheda to Ashbourne road, approximately 3kms south of Dundalk. The road is completely blocked and motorists should avoid using this route. Garda personnel are at scene and diversions are in place.
There is no report of any injuries at this stage.
