Gardaí at Enniscorthy are investigating a fatal road traffic collision that occurred earlier today on the N11 at Main Street, Ferns, Wexford on the 20/9/08.
Gardaí at Enniscorthy are investigating a fatal road traffic collision that occurred earlier today on the N11 at Main Street, Ferns.
The collision happened at approximately 3.30pm when a truck collided with a 51 year old female pedal cyclist. The pedal cyclist was taken to Wexford General Hospital with serious injuries and she died there later this evening.
Any road closures that were in place due to the forensic collision investigation have been lifted.
