Gardai at Granard, Co. Longford are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision that occurred shortly after 12 midday today, the 18/10/08, on the R363 at Slanemore, Ballynacargy, Co. Westmeath an name.
Gardai have named the man killed in the collision in Ballynacargy, Co Westmeath on Saturday 18th October 2008 as Kevin Rocke 36years, from Ballynacargy.

Gardai at Granard, Co. Longford are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision that occurred shortly after 12 midday today, the 18/10/08, on the R363 at Slanemore, Ballynacargy, Co. Westmeath.
A 36 year old male was fatally injured when the jeep he was driving collided with a post at the front of a house. There was no other vehicle involved and he was the lone occupant of the jeep. He was taken to the Midlands Regional Hospital at Mullingar where he was pronounced dead on arrival. The road is closed and diversions are in place. Garda Road Traffic Collision Investigators are at scene.
