Fatal road traffic collision at Ardfert, Kerry on the 8/10/08 - 1166/08

Gardai are investigating a fatal road traffic collision at Ardfert, Co.Kerry at 20.50h on the 8th of October 2008.

Gardai are investigating a fatal road traffic collision at Ardfert, Co.Kerry at 20.50h on the 8th of October 2008. 

A male cyclist in his 50's was fatally injured when he was involved in a collision with a car. The man was pronounced dead at the scene and his body was removed to Tralee General Hospital where a post mortem examination will take place. 

The road at the scene of the crash remains closed.
