Gardaí at Bray have this morning arrested a female in her 20’s under the provisions of Section 13 of the Non-Fatal Offences against the Persons Act 1997 – Reckless Endangerment.
As part of the Garda and HSA investigation into the death of 2 Firemen in Bray on the 26th September 2007, Gardaí at Bray have this morning arrested a female in her 20’s under the provisions of Section 13 of the Non-Fatal Offences against the Persons Act 1997 – Reckless Endangerment. She is currently being detained under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 at Bray Garda Station.
