Irish Crimestoppers Trust offering €10,000 award for information
Sunday 9th November 2008: The Irish Crimestoppers Trust, the national freephone crime fighting service, is today launching a special campaign to support the Gardai in their ongoing investigation into the disappearance of Jo Jo Dullard.
As part of this campaign a new age enhanced photo of Jo Jo has been issued.
Jo Jo’s last known location was at a public phone box in Moone, Co Kildare at approximately 11.35pm on the 9th November 1995. Later that evening, at approximately 12 midnight a woman fitting Jo Jo’s description was seen hitch-hiking on the roadway at Castledermot heading for Carlow.
Crimestoppers in now offering a €10,000 reward to assist Gardai in their ongoing investigation into what happened that night.
Commenting on the appeal, a spokesperson for An Garda Siochana said that: "We are confident that someone knows what happened to Jo Jo. Were you in the Moone/Castledermot areas at this time? Maybe you saw this person or maybe this person was you?"
