PSNI seeking the whereabouts of convicted sex offender -
The PSNI have asked us to assist them in relation to the Press Release below:
Police are seeking the assistance of the public in identifying the whereabouts of, and help in apprehending, Ernest George Finlay, a convicted sex offender who has failed to comply with his post-custody conditions and is considered to pose a risk of causing serious harm. The public are requested not to approach this person but are asked to contact Police if they think they may know of his whereabouts.
Police are also appealing to Mr Finlay to hand himself in at the nearest Police station/Garda Station. Mr Finlay is described as being around 5 foot, eight inches tall, of medium build, with blue eyes and brown hair. Mr Finlay also has a small gap between his upper two front teeth and has several tattoos, three of which are on his arms and include pictures of a horses head. Mr Finlay, or anyone who believes they may have seen him, is asked to contact police immediately.
