Gardaí at Blackrock are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 45 year old Frank Shanley of Eastalands, Tramore, Co. Waterford.
Frank was on a temporary visit to Dublin and was last seen in the Stillorgan area yesterday, 25th November 2008.
He is described as being 5' 8'' tall, approximately 90 kg's in weight, balding with a black bushy beard and blue eyes.
When last seen he was wearing blue denim jeans, a fawn casual jacket and black shoes.
Frank also has an address in Castle Court, Ballinteer Road, Dublin 16.
His family are concerned for his safety.
