Gardai are investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred on Cuchulainn Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Deceased is named as Christian Martin of Templemore, Co. Tipperary.
Gardai are investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred on Cuchulainn Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary at approximately 8.50 am this morning the 5th of November 2008.
The collision involved a 19 year old male pedestrian and an articulated truck.
The injured man was brought to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Clonmel, where he was pronounced dead.
The road at the scene of the crash has been re-opened following a Garda examination of the area.
