Gardaí at Cahir in Co. Tipperary are investigating a two vehicle fatal road traffic collision at Moorstown on the N24 (Cahir - Clonmel Road).
Gardaí at Cahir in Co. Tipperary are investigating a two vehicle fatal road traffic collision at Moorstown on the N24 (Cahir - Clonmel Road), Tipperary.
It occurred at approximately 23:35hrs on the 21st of May, 2008.
The sole male occupant of one of the cars, aged in his early 20's, was fatally injured.
His body has been removed to South Tipperary General Hospital, in Clonmel.
The four occupants of the second car were also taken to Clonmel Hospital and are described as not critical.
Traffic diversions are in place.
Gardai at Cahir wish to appeal for witnesses that might have been travelling on the Cahir to Clonmel road between 23:25hrs and 23:40hrs on the night of the 21/05/08.
