Investigation into ongoing paramilitary activities - arrests.
Four men will appear at a sitting of the Special Criminal Court, Dublin at 7.30 p.m. on 18/3/08 as part of Garda investigations into paramilitary activity in Donegal.

Four of the initial seven men arrested in relation to this investigation have been released without charge from custody.
The remaining three plus the four arrested yesterday afternoon remain in custody.

Gardai in Donegal have arrested a further four (4) men on the 16th of March 2008 as part of of an on-going operation investigating paramilitary activity.
The men are detained under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act at Letterkenny Garda Station.

Seven Males were Arrested in Donegal on the night of the 15/3/08 under Section 30 Offences Against The State Act in relation to investigation into ongoing paramilitary activities.
They are being held at Burnfort, Letterkenny and Milford Garda Stations.
They are aged between 30 and 48 years of age.
