Gardaí at Belturbet in Co. Cavan are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred at the Kilconny Estate, Belturbet, Co. Cavan.
The remaining man in custody in relation to the death of Darren McGrath has been released without charge.
Three men and one woman were arrested in relation to this investigation.
One man appeared in court yesterday and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions in relation to the other three detentions.

Two men and one woman arrested as part of the investigation into the death of Darren McGrath, appeared at a special sitting of Cavan District Court at 8am on the 29th of May 2008, where they had their period of detention extended by a further period of 24 hours.
As part of the investigation a further arrest was made yesterday evening, the man in his 30's is detained under Section 30 of the Offences Against The State Act at Monaghan Garda Station.

Gardai investigating the Fatal Shooting of Darren McGrath in Belturbet on the 20/05/08, last night arrested two males and one female in connection with this incident.
A male in his 40's and a female in her 20's are being detained at Monaghan Garda Station and another male in his 20's is being detained at Castleblayney Garda Station.
All three are being detained under Section 30 Of The Offences Against the State Act.

Gardaí at Belturbet in Co. Cavan are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred at approximately 5am this morning in the Kilconny Estate, Belturbet, Co. Cavan.
A Male in his 30's was shot and fatally wounded.
His body remains at the scene, which is being preserved, and the services of The Garda Technical Bureau and The State Pathologist have been requested.
A Superintendent will be in a position to brief media at Belturbet Garda Station, Co. Cavan at 2pm on the 20/05/08.
Anyone who was in the area of the Kilconny Estate in the early hours of the 20/05/08 are asked to contact Gardaí at Ballyconnell on 049 9525580 or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.
