Gardaí at Killaloe are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision that occurred at approximately 2.15 pm yesterday afternoon at Carrigal, Carrigatogher, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary. 

A 20 year old man was killed following an incident with a tractor. 

He has been named as 20 year old Denis Carroll of Kilcoleman, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.
