Gardai at Bray, Co Wicklow are investigating a robbery at the Post Office in Bray (Quinnsboro Road). It happened at approximately 10.20am this morning.
Four males (one armed with a handgun, and one with a lump-hammer) were involved and made their getaway in a 06 D Silver Peugeot 407 car which was later recovered at Sutton Villas off the Lr. Dargle Road, Bray.
A sum of money was taken. There were no injuries, and no shots were fired.
No further details at this time.
