Gardai at Listowel, Co. Kerry are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision which occurred on the 24/7/08.
The person killed in this morning's fatal road traffic collision at Bunghara, Kerry has been named as 16 year old Matthew O' Connor of Dromtrasna, Collins, Abbeyfeale, Co. Limerick.
Please note that the deceased was 16 years of age and not 18 years as stated in initial release.

Gardai at Listowel, Co. Kerry are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision which occurred at 02:00 this morning 24/7/08.
A car with three male occupants lost control and collided with a ditch at Bunghara (4km from Listowel on Tarbert Rd- N61).
Two of the occupants were taken to Kerry General Hospital, Tralee where the 18 year old male backseat passanger was pronounced dead.
The road was closed for a time but has since re-opened.
