Gardai in Salthill are investigating the circumstances surrounding the discovery of a body (female) at Inverin, Co. Galway on the 21/07/08.
Gardai in Salthill have released the man from the provisions of Section 4 Criminal Justice Act, 1984 shortly before 12 noon today (22nd July, 2008) and have re-arrested him and he will be charged at a Special Sitting of Galway District Court today at 2.30 p.m.

Gardai in Salthill this morning (21/708) arrested a man in connection the investigation in Inverin, Co. Galway. He is being detained in Galway station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.

Gardai in Salthill are investigating the circumstances surrounding the discovery of a body (female) at Inverin, Co. Galway in the early hours of this morning (21/07/08).
The area has been sealed off pending a full Garda technical examination.
The body remains at the scene.
