Gardai are currently attending an incident which occurred on the M50.
Gardai are currently attending an incident which occurred on the M50 near the Ballymun exit lane at approximately 1pm today 10th July 2008.
A bus (private coach) travelling southbound on the M50 to the Oxegen festival had caught fire.
Gardai and units from Dublin Fire Brigade attended the scene.
No injuries occurred. 40 youths who had been travelling on the bus were evacuated.
The fire has now been extinguished and the bus has been removed.
Diversions had been put in place at Finglas and Ballyfermot but the M50 has now been opened.
