As part of ongoing investigations into the activities of Dissident Subversive Organisations three persons were arrested under Section 30 of the Offences against the State Act.

As part of ongoing investigations into the activities of Dissident Subversive Organisations three persons (2 males & a female) were arrested under Section 30 of the Offences against the State Act 1939/98 in Dundalk at 1.30pm this afternoon (19.7.08 )
A firearm and a quantity of ammunition has been recovered.
The Operation involved members of the Garda National Surveillance Unit, Emergency Response Unit and Gardai from Dundalk.
All are detained at Dundalk Garda Station.
