Fatal road traffic collision at Drogheda, Louth on the 21/1/08

Garda are investigating a fatal road traffic collision at Dublin Road, Drogheda, Co. Louth.

 

Garda are investigating a fatal road traffic collision at Dublin Road, Drogheda, Co. Louth on the 21st of January 2008 at 7.30 pm. 

A 23 year old man, the driver of a car was fatally injured when his vehicle was in collision with a lorry. 

He was removed by ambulance to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda, but died later from his injuries. 

The dead man who was living locally was believed to be originally from Romania.
