Court appearance in connection with the death of Fergus Roche on 1/10/05

A man will appear before Youghal District Court on the 24/1/08 in relation to the murder of Fergus Roche.

 

A 28 year old man will appear before Youghal District Court at 10.30am on the 24/1/08 where he will be charged in relation to the murder of Fergus Roche.

The man was arrested sometime after 8am this morning, the 24/1/08.

Fergus Roche's body was recovered from a fire at a house in Clonmel on the morning of the 1st October 2005.
