Gardai in Wexford are investigating a single vehicle fatal road traffic collision at Libgate, Kilmore Quay, Co. Wexford, which occurred on the 9th of February 2008 at 8.50am.
A man in his early 30's a passenger in the car was fatally injured when the vehicle collided with a wall.
The body of the man was removed to Wexford General Hospital. The body is expected to be moved to Waterford Regional Hospital later today for a post mortem examination.
The 45 year old driver of the car was brought to Wexford Regional Hospital where his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
The road at the scene is closed while Garda forensic collision investigators carry out their enquires.
There is no more information at present.
